What we process

• Images you upload. Processed only to remove the background. The original upload is held in memory during processing and is not stored. The result (preview and full resolution) is stored temporarily and deleted automatically after 60 minutes. We do not use your images to train models.
• Account data (if you sign up): e-mail address and name, handled by our authentication provider Clerk, Inc. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your basic profile with us.
• Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
• Usage data: a random anonymous identifier stored in a cookie, a keyed hash of your IP address and daily counters, used only to enforce free limits and prevent abuse. Job metadata (image dimensions, time) for up to 30 days.
• Analytics (only if you accept): Google Analytics 4 collects page views and product events such as "image downloaded". We never send images, file names, e-mail addresses or other personal details to Google.

Legal bases

Contract (providing the service and subscriptions), legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention) and consent (analytics cookies — you can withdraw it by clearing site data).

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or export of your data, and object to processing, by e-mailing [e-mail]. You may complain to your data-protection authority.
